The Farwell Project is a part of Timelines Community, Inc., a Maine 501c-3 not-for-profit corporation dedicated to the communication of history in oral and written traditions, through storytelling, poetry, music and film. All donations are tax-deductible as allowable by law.

Thorndike Mill & Meeting Place encompasses many parts of Thorndike Village that we’re working to revive. TMMP includes Boxcar Books, Garden Variety, Farwell’s Mill and Store, The Dented Can, The Lumber Shed; all enhanced by regular visits from Belfast & Moosehead Lake Railroad. B&MLRR inhabits the Lumber Shed during Common Ground Country Fair to offer train rides to the Fair. More info on all things train: belfastandmooseheadlakerail.org.
